- If you answered “no or rarely” to most of these, and “yes, often or sometimes” to others, your relationship with food is most likely fairly sound, and although you may struggle with food sometimes, it’s probably not enough to damage your enjoyment of food or your eating behaviours. You may still benefit from letting go of any diet mentality (diet thinking) around food and you will reap the rewards of a more positive relationship with food that leads to improvement in your eating behaviours and even greater pleasure from food.

- If you answered “no or rarely” to all of these, your relationship with food is most likely a sound one, you mostly feel normal around food and eating mostly brings you nourishment and pleasure.
