Who cares how other people eat?
Have you noticed how obsessed our culture is with how other people eat and how much attention this gets?
I’m not saying it’s wrong to be interested in how others eat, but I think we could all benefit from paying a little less attention to what others do and pay a little more attention to what feels right for us.
I should point out that this is written for adults about themselves.
